Everything you need

Eight modules. One app. Zero cloud.

No subscriptions to eight different tools, no data scattered across platforms. Orkely runs entirely on your machine and covers the full loop from first client contact to getting paid. Everything below is in Orkely Free except the two marked Pro.

Free

Client Management

Every contact, conversation and job in one record, with instant local search across all of it.

Free

Project Management

One project per job, with milestones, status tracking and every file attached to the work it belongs to.

Free

Tasks & Time Logs

Kanban boards and list views, priorities and deadlines, with hours logged against each task and files attached to the step they belong to.

Free

Invoicing

Invoice lines generated from the tasks you finished, branded PDFs built on your own PC, and payment details that fit any country.

Free

Finance & Expenses

Log income and expenses as they happen, correct any entry later, and watch the monthly and yearly trend without opening a spreadsheet.

Free

Files, Backup & Restore

Receipts, photos and documents kept with the project or the task they belong to — plus local backup and restore whenever you want it.

Pro

Proposals

Quote the job before you start it with a rich-text builder, then turn the accepted proposal into a project with its tasks already laid out.

Pro

Reports & Insights

Revenue, activity and billing broken down per client, built from your own local data.

How it works

One job, from first contact to invoice.

Every step feeds the next one, so nothing gets typed twice and nothing gets forgotten.

1 Free

Add the client

Contact details, notes, and a running history of every job, quote and invoice linked to them.

2 Free

Turn the job into a project

One project per job, holding its own tasks, files, hours and costs. Run as many at once as you like.

3 Free

Log tasks and hours

Kanban or list view, priorities and deadlines, with time logged and files attached to the step they belong to.

4 Free

Put the costs on the job

Parts, materials and receipts logged against the job they belong to, each openable straight from its own folder — not lost in a shoebox.

5 Free

Invoice from the tasks

Pick the tasks you are billing and they become invoice lines on a branded PDF, generated locally, with the payment method you actually use.

6 Pro

See whether it was worth it

Income and expenses add themselves up as you go; reports break revenue down per client.

Install it and you are working in under a minute — no account, no cloud setup, no internet needed.

Common questions

Is Orkely really free?
Orkely is 100% free to download and use, for as long as you like. No account signup, no credit card, and no trial limits are required. The optional Pro add-on (Reports & Proposals) unlocks two extra modules for a single $24.99 in-app purchase.
Are there any client or project limits?
No. Because the application runs fully locally on your computer, there are no limitations on the number of clients, projects, tasks, proposals, or invoices you can create.
Do I need an internet connection to use Orkely?
No. Orkely runs entirely on your computer. Sending documents (proposals, invoices) via email requires a connection, but all project, CRM, and invoicing core operations work fully offline.
