We built Orkely because we got tired of renting software. Tools that disappear when you stop paying. Data you can't export. Companies that vanish or pivot. We think there's a better way.
Why we built Orkely
Managing a small business shouldn't require a stack of SaaS subscriptions. For clients, projects, tasks, finances, invoices, and files, you'd typically need five or six separate tools — each with their own monthly fee, their own login, their own data silo.
We built Orkely to collapse that stack into one clean tool that you actually own. No recurring fees. No vendor lock-in. No company deciding to "pivot" and shut down the product you depend on.
Orkely is installed on your server, accessed through your domain, and stores your data in your database. It's yours. We take no rent. We see none of your data. We just build the software, sell it once, and focus on making it better.
That's the kind of software we wanted to use. So we built it.

Your business data is none of our business. Orkely is self-hosted precisely so your client list, finances, and projects never leave your server. We couldn't read your data even if we wanted to.
Simplicity
Good tools get out of your way. We obsess over reducing friction — fewer clicks, cleaner interfaces, less time spent managing the tool and more time doing actual work.
Reliability
A business tool needs to work when you need it. Orkely is built on Laravel — a mature, battle-tested PHP framework — designed to run reliably on standard hosting without exotic dependencies.
