We built Orkely because we got tired of juggling scattered tools. Clients, projects, tasks, invoices, proposals, and finance — all in one local, offline app.
Why we built Orkely
Managing a small business shouldn't require a stack of separate subscriptions. For clients, projects, tasks, finances, invoices, and proposals, you'd typically need five or six different tools — each with their own monthly fee, their own login, their own data silo.
We built Orkely to collapse that stack into one clean desktop app. One offline tool. One place for your entire operation. No integration headaches, no data moving between systems, no cloud subscription fatigue.
Orkely runs fully offline on your own machine. Your database stays local, meaning 100% data ownership, privacy, and zero risk of cloud server downtime or vendor lock-in. We focus on building a robust local workspace so you can focus on running your business.

Who's behind it
Orkely is designed and built by me, Cristian Istrate — alongside a couple of other projects, Carviano (a car-brand storytelling and dealer-matching site) and MyPetsStories (a pet memorial map). Different subjects, same instinct: build the thing properly, and let it grow one real feature at a time.
