Terms of Service

Orkely is a multi-tenant cloud application. You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to register, create a company workspace, and use the platform online. You do not purchase or download any software files. Your access is provided online via our secure cloud servers.

Multiple users can be invited to collaborate within a single company workspace under your administration.

• Create an online workspace for your own agency or business use.
• Invite team members, employees, and client viewer accounts to collaborate.
• Use Orkely's modules to manage clients, projects, tasks, finances, and invoices online.
• Export your data, reports, and branded invoices as PDF files.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute the online platform or its code.
• Use the platform to host, share, or upload malicious, fraudulent, or illegal material.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or compromise the security or server infrastructure of the SaaS platform.
• Create automated bots or scripts that systematically overload our servers or resources.
• Use the platform to build a competing SaaS service or tool.

We perform regular platform maintenance, security upgrades, and feature updates automatically. Uptime is monitored, but temporary disruptions may occur during updates.

Email support is provided free of charge to assist with general usage questions and system bug reports.

Orkely is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers make no guarantees that the software will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific business purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Orkely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, lost revenue, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the platform.

Since this platform is provided completely free of charge, our total liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to $0.

Orkely is provided as a 100% free online application. There are no registration fees, monthly subscription bills, or locked features. No credit card information is required or stored by us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace access at any time if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or cause server disruption or system abuse.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bucharest - Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
