Terms of Service

Orkely is a Windows desktop application, distributed through the Microsoft Store in two editions: Orkely Free and Orkely Pro. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download, install, and use the edition you've obtained on your own computer. There is no separate account to create and no online registration — installing the software is all that's required to use it.

Orkely is built for a single user per installation. It is not designed for multiple people sharing one workspace or company profile.

• Download and install Orkely on your own computer(s) for your own business use
• Use Orkely's modules to manage your clients, projects, tasks, finances, proposals, and invoices locally
• Generate and export branded PDF proposals and invoices
• Email proposals and invoices to your clients directly from the app

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the compiled application
• Use the application to create, store, or send malicious, fraudulent, or illegal material
• Misrepresent Orkely as your own product, or use the Orkely name/branding to imply an endorsement or affiliation without permission

Orkely is under active development. New versions may be released with fixes and features — you'll need to download and install updates yourself, as the application does not currently auto-update.

Email support is available for general usage questions and bug reports, for both Orkely Free and Orkely Pro.

Orkely is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may contain bugs or incomplete features. We make no guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific business purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Orkely are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss, lost revenue, or business interruption — arising from your use of the application. Because all of your business data is stored locally on your own computer, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the software — $0 for Orkely Free, or the one-time Orkely Pro purchase price for Orkely Pro.

Orkely Free is free to download and use, for as long as you like. Orkely Pro is available for a single one-time purchase through the Microsoft Store — not a subscription. Purchasing Orkely Pro does not entitle you to future paid upgrades or editions released separately.

Since Orkely runs entirely on your own computer with no account or server connection, we have no ability to remotely disable or lock you out of software you've already installed. We reserve the right to stop offering downloads of future versions, or to discontinue support, at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bucharest - Romania. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
