Terms of Service

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Orkely on one (1) server or domain for your own internal business purposes. This license is perpetual — it does not expire when your update period ends.

Additional installations require additional licenses. Contact us for volume or agency licensing.

• Install Orkely on a single server for your own business use
• Modify and customize the source code for your own internal use
• Use Orkely to manage your clients, projects, and business operations
• Create backups of the installation

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Orkely to third parties
• Remove copyright notices or license attribution from the source code
• Use Orkely to build a competing product or SaaS service
• Share your download link or license key with others
• Use the software for any illegal purpose

Updates (bug fixes, security patches, new features) are included free for 12 months from your purchase date. After this period, your installed version continues to function. You may purchase a renewal to continue receiving updates.

Email support is included for the duration of your active update period. Support covers installation issues, bug reports, and general usage guidance.

Orkely is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers make no warranties, representations, or guarantees that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Orkely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, lost revenue, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Orkely shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

Orkely is offered with a public demo area so prospective customers can review the dashboard experience before purchasing. If you have questions about licensing, delivery, or installation before you buy, please contact us before placing your order.

If Orkely fails to install on a server meeting our stated requirements and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted via the contact page.

Your license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bucharest - Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
