What License Holders May Do
- Install and run Orkely on one server per license
- Modify the source code for personal and internal business customization
- Create backups of their installation
- Reference Orkely by name when describing the tools they use
What License Holders May Not Do
- Redistribute the source code — modified or unmodified — to any third party
- Resell or sublicense the software
- Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices in the source code
- Use the Orkely name, logo, or branding to imply an endorsement or affiliation
- Build a competing product using Orkely's source code
- Share download links or license keys

"Orkely" is a trademark of Orkely. Unauthorized use of the Orkely name or logo — particularly in product names, domain names, or marketing materials — is prohibited without explicit written permission.

Orkely is built on open-source software, including Laravel and its dependencies, each of which is used in compliance with their respective licenses. A full dependency list is available in the composer.json file included with your download.
