Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software as described in our Terms of Service. It does not transfer copyright ownership to you.

• Install and run Orkely on one server per license
• Modify the source code for personal and internal business customization
• Create backups of their installation
• Reference Orkely by name when describing the tools they use

• Redistribute the source code — modified or unmodified — to any third party
• Resell or sublicense the software
• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices in the source code
• Use the Orkely name, logo, or branding to imply an endorsement or affiliation
• Build a competing product using Orkely's source code
• Share download links or license keys

"Orkely" is a trademark of Orkely. Unauthorized use of the Orkely name or logo — particularly in product names, domain names, or marketing materials — is prohibited without explicit written permission.

Orkely is built on open-source software, including Laravel and its dependencies, each of which is used in compliance with their respective licenses. A full dependency list is available in the composer.json file included with your download.
