Orkely is self-hosted software. When you purchase and install Orkely, it runs on your own server. This means we — the developers — have no access to your application data, your database, your client list, or your files. Your data stays on your server.

• Contact form submissions: If you reach out via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Purchase information: When you purchase Orkely, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive your name, email address, and country. We do not store credit card details.

Via the Orkely application (self-hosted)

Zero. Because Orkely runs on your server, we have no telemetry, no analytics pings, and no access to the data you enter into the application. Your business is yours.

The Orkely application itself uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. This is a functional cookie and does not track you across sites.
